Wubbzy (a member of the RUP) has been President of I_P for 2 terms and has barely done anything controversial. He's even been referred to as the Best President Ever. Even if you're referring to the new RUP where PR1CE is president, by your logic he'll only wait until NOW to "take over the stream and impose tyranny".
