Well, now even Bob Dylan has been me-too'd. Is there nothing sacred left?

Not that I like Dylan one iota, but I don't get waiting fifty some years before coming forward. I mean, ok, I get that law enforcement/investigation is often corrupted by personal bias (have a stalker who terrorized me for years), but it didn't stop me from reporting his ass time and again. And now at last he awaits trial. So, if a man has abused you, why wait for decades? You have to do something to protect yourself. This doing nothing until the politics time is ripe is not a mentality I can comprehend.

I kinda doubt Dylan being driven as he was at the time to make it big would risk something like that. But perhaps I'm naive.

I already apologized for that! You don't have to keep flagging me!!!

Where where this teenager’s parents when she was allegedly drinking and partying with a 20 year old Bob Dylan? And learning rock ‘n’ roll under an adult mentor? Did he even know she was underage? I don’t see any claims like this against him. Not in the 80 years he’s been around anyway.

Good questions. I get that some people are intimidated by accusing a powerful celebrity but this is a long time.

They were in the next room watching it all on CCTV, ordering pizza for them, and giving tips on the blowhorn.

I mean, hey, no one knows what happened except them two, or rather, her, because chances are when told about it, his response wasn't, "Wait, what?" but more along the lines of, "Which one?"
Remember, this was so common, so acceptable with these stars, they used to write songs celebrating it.

Not saying he's guilty, just that the climate back then facilitated this sort of thing.

You should know, right? You were there on Bleeker, hanging with your beatnik friends. You got your copies of Highway 61 Revisited and the Freewheelin Bob Dylan at Bleeker Bobs and watched him at Cafe Wha? back when it was "hip".

Oh wait, don't tell me, you were there too, right? Straight out of a Ken Burns docu on PBS?

This time, no? What a lovely surprise.
Funny thing is, a certain someone claimed to be living a mere block or two away back then, but no names shall be revealed on that one.
Oh, no, never mind, it was Sweden. Muh bad/

Yep. All that is true. Every bit of it.

In reference to your Ken Burns comment...it was the Martin Scorsese film "No Direction Home" I believe that you were referring to.

Have a boring day, whoever you are today

Goodness, guy, been telling you, if you can't recall what you just said, scroll back and read your own posts, they're right above.

BTW...you promised me that you were going to block me

Hey, that reminds me, I've noticed your former fave go-to slappy collection hasn't been getting posted lately. Is there any particular reason?

I never make promises. Ever. They are irrelevant. Promises are for those who ask to be fooled.

I said I was blocking you that night because you were cramming my notifs, burying important ones under the deluge.

Oh, in general, I do find these sudden recollections a gazillion years later to be rather questionable.
