Well, to be fair, the average millennial who thinks that communism is the greatest thing is probably not much of a "revolutionary" to begin with. Rather, it's just someone who doesn't know history or wants to ignore the massive death counts, oppression, and other human rights violations.

I think there are different camps on the left. Yes, of course the communist rulers are fine with death on an unimaginable scale. However, I think the average naive leftist person (the AOC-types, or the college student who thinks communism is great) is more of an ignorant mind who is guilty of wishful thinking and failing to accept the realities of the world.

They would all agree to break a few eggs if the omelet was Utopia.
