That account posted one rather content less meme on the stream, left a series of cryptic comments, ghosted, and deleted. Either got deleted by mods or self-deleted. Those of us who don’t possess the godlike powers you have don’t know stuff like that and are put in the position of having to speculate.

This stream for whatever reason has a history of drawing all kinds of weird troll accounts. Some WN, some not.

Better to ask questions first. If he’s a genuine newbie to the stream then he doesn’t even know what “WN” means or what it can possibly stand for. But most likely, he wasn’t.

Read, WN dooped everyone before the REAL envoy came back (WN was smarter back then). You don't get it simply because you were not here during the fights against him and deleting him and his comments, it was OP or Kate 90% of the time and you 10% of the time and you were the most active but did the least

Doesn’t look like I commented there but that situation was a LOT more complicated than you’re letting on — there were several different “Envoy” accounts as I recall, and not all of them had personalities that really fit the “real” Envoy.

The real Envoy’s self-deletion (so it was confirmed by OlympianProduct) didn’t help matters — deleted accounts seem to provide an opening for trolls looking to impersonate someone on Imgflip and I believe that’s what happened with some of the sus Envoys. Maybe the real Envoy can confirm that.

All that alting and trolling crap back then made this stream practically unlivable and is why I quit a few times.

it’s sort of a...tradition? where i delete every once in a while for a month or two. i get addicted and that often harms my mental health, so i need a break. and leaving the account dormant, just is a temptation to come back. i apologize, i didn’t realize it would cause such a ruckus. anyway don’t worry, now that i own a huge stream i won’t be doing that. if i do take a break, i’ll just leave it dormant and test my will power lol.

I understand that — it’s not your fault. The fault lies 100% with the troll who impersonated you, whether it was Timber, WN, or someone else.

i remember, their impression of me was so over the top.so i use “bruh” now and then, apparently the fake alts saw that and used like 5 “bruh’s” in one message.

Exactly. One of the fakers also impersonated IncognitoGuy by making an account called “IncognitoGuy.” and seizing on certain things IG did at the time like promote alternative websites like kek.gg.

It was convincing at the time, and I admit I fell for it. But I came to realize my error when I thought back on how the personalities didn’t quite match.

Instead of standing up for [deleted] accounts generally, some of whom were sus as heck, I think Andrew in his capacity as a site mod should be more focused on mending the environment here and clearing the reputations of those Imgflippers who were subjected to these impersonation jobs.

This one in particular was WN as an imposter of Envoy

in general, i agree. it’s not productive to interrogate every new user, and only pushes potentially innocent and friendly people away. however, i also understand why we have grown to attack new users. we are so accustomed to seeing a wn every day or two, it’s become habit. with that said, we now have the ban feature, and largely do not have to worry about wn. we need to loosen up and treat others more kindly.

Just to make sure we're on the same page here, you're not letting the Richard alts Nixon_Did_Nothing_Wrong, Abdul-Kareem and RichardChill25 vote in the election are you? And will you enforce the rule that a voter must have followed the stream before the deadline and posted/commented anywhere on the site within a week before voting (that second rule was suggested by PR1CE and I believe Congress voted for it)?

Andrew it says anonymous they deleted cause they found out he was an alt also say you have a stream and a guy is bad (like WN bad) so you ban him and now he makes alt accounts so a new user comes in and then you look at his account and the account was made 1/2 weeks ago and the only stream it follows is your stream so what do you think is he a alt or not

Who never let the stream’s toxic drama bring him down, but day after day rose above it.

He could have won a third term probably, but chose to step down after two just like George Washington himself. A leader who recognizes that democracy means passing the torch.
