As a dude with three sisters it’s pretty obvious the huge strength difference I could curl 10lbs by the time I was three and a half my sisters couldn’t until they were 8-10 by the time I was 10 I could easily dead lift 100 lbs and easily carried around 60-80 lbs dogs

And the average untrained man can deadlift about 155 lbs a female at an intermediate level in the world of deadlifting can lift about 141 lbs in other words the average guy who barely works out but is still in fairly good shape can still lift more than a woman who works out 1-2 hours 3-5 times a week
