Well there are a lot of Afghans who feel betrayed by our decision to withdraw. A generation of young Afghans grew up being taught ideas, freedoms, individual rights including women's rights, now they are going to be living under Taliban rule. The Taliban will most likely execute the female teachers, they don't allow education to be taught to girls above age 12.
I am not sure what the long term plan was when we first went into Afghanistan but at least we kept things at a stalemate and, for the most part, had the Taliban driven out. And most importantly Afghans was taught about democracy and living under increasing freedom.
All that is about to end.
You made a meme about conservatives picking on young women with mental health issues, well there is a lot of young Afghan women who are about to face a whole lot more than that.
