Just because Andrew is a mod doesn't mean he can't participate on this site. This isn't what I signed up for. I hereby resign from Congress. Seeing how you have no problem 'trolling' people based on a characteristic, which I have no problem with, you should be a little less thin skinned. I know the left cancels people to control their narrative, but we don't have to go down that road.

Andrew unconstitutionally removed my mod rights on this stream in an attempt to stop one of our laws passing. He's the one who isn't respecting free speech and democracy.

"the left"
the right has also been cancelling people for decades, what with the dixie chicks, the comics code, and dungeons and dragons, and both sides need to take a chill pill.
Andrew has his rights but he might have done something not allowed in this stream.

Did IG threaten to delete the user 15th in the leaderboard? No.
Did IG openly admit to like posting IRA content? No.
Did IG once have a troll as a VP? No, the only VP he’s had is the user top of the users leaderboard.

this’ll just be a whole waste of time, sense he can just unban himself. but if you wanna waste your time you can try to prove that andrew...abused his power?

If Andrew unbanned himself after a trial and all the due process that entails, then that would be another abuse of power. Could he do it? Yes, technically. And the stream mods could re-ban him. And the cycle could continue on and on until somebody finally loses patience.

I was told by global mods (and Andrew himself) that Community Mods are free to participate in the community, including on this stream, though I personally think that’s inadvisable since PRESIDENTS is about mudslinging and it will always be tough for Community Mods to walk the fine line of mudslinging community members while maintaining their impartiality. It’s a situation all but guaranteed to generate a conflict of interest which I believe we’ve already seen. But, fair enough.

However, if that’s the case, then Community Mods have to abide by the same rules that are generally applicable to other community members. And here, according to the rules of the roleplay, that means the possibility of being hauled before Court.

Nobody is above the law, right? That’s an iron rule of any functional democracy.
3 ups, 3y
yes, no one is above the law. but there is a different law, higher than that: the ToS. And it is andrews job to enforce it. banning him makes it harder to do his job, so as a community moderator, and with more power than me, he is within his power to do that.
3 ups, 3y
obviously, you could bring that up with a community/global mod and see what they think. but that’s what i’ve put together with how bans work for mods.

Just don't try to unconstitutionally interfere like you did during the Richard impeachment.

if the trial is held right, and hopefully you understand how to do it now, then i won’t need to step in. but here the process is for reference:

1. pick a judge (it’s just seemed randomized when we pick a judge so far in all trials so idk)

2. both defendant and prosecution provide evidence

3. the judge deliberates and determines if the defendant is innocent or guilty. if guilty the judge also determines a suitable punishment.

AndrewFinlayson misinterpreted a simple NSFW rule everyone else understood perfectly fine. If he genuinely didn’t get it that makes him the only user on the stream foolish enough to not understand this basic rule (meaning he certainly doesn’t deserve the title of stream owner or perhaps even community moderator). If he genuinely misinterpreted this rule (most likely), that means he just wanted to annoy me, start drama and reverse that rule (he was successful at all of those, and this is also unprofessional behaviour from an owner and mod).

AndrewFinlayson used this aforementioned rule misinterpretation to target one user (me) by deleting four of my comments for no reason, and then refusing to even apologise and instead childishly blamed this insanity on me, the victim. Even more unprofessional behaviour from a stream owner and community moderator.

Andrew also unconstitutionally removed the moderation rights of that same democratically elected official (me) for no reason, and then even claimed to have voted in favour of restoring my moderation rights on a poll. This means he either admits that he was in the wrong (which further backs up my case), just wanted to remove my mod rights to annoy me and start drama (most likely), or just flat-out lied about how he voted on that poll (VERY unprofessional behaviour from an owner and community mod).

He posted the same images of the designated Irish terrorist group known as the IRA that the banned troll RichardChill24 posted and got impeached and stream banned for. Posting memes about this sensitive historical topic is bad enough, but doing so after we have already had drama concerning conflict between Britain and Ireland on here makes this even worse. It appears this is yet another attempt by AndrewFinlayson to stir up drama and spark division. Some have also questioned his suspicious connections to RichardChill24, including myself.

AndrewFinlayson’s seemingly intentional misinterpretations of the words of others appears to be attempts to annoy others and just create even more drama on this war-torn stream. His behaviour has been incredibly unprofessional and insensitive. The fact that this user is supposed to be a community moderator and was once a stream owner is quite insane. His time as stream owner was also a dark period for this stream, and in his brief reign of terror he almost caused a civil war.

I propose a week-long comment and posting stream ban, and that Andrew leaves the Pepe Party.

Update: AndrewFinlayson has also falsely accused me of being an alt account of a banned nazi troll. This is quite possibly the most inappropriate behaviour from this pathetic excuse for a community moderator I have seen so far, which is saying something because he keeps being so bad all the time.

Update: AndrewFinlayson admitted that he is posting photos of a designated Irish terrorist group with the intention of causing offence to a British user (me) who has frequently clarified he doesn't like being targeted with that content https://imgflip.com/i/5m40d9?nerp=1630985526#com14131829
