The Lifeline benefits program was established under Reagan and has evolved under every administration since as new technologies are developed. You can credit Bush 45's administration - not Obama - for the introduction of cellphones becoming part of the Lifeline program. All Obama did was provide greater exposure to the public of an already existing program.

I'm not the one that believes in total BS - unlike MAGA followers - nor did I compete in the 2020 election so not quite sure how you figure I'm both a loser and winner at the same time unless there's some type of deranged thinking on your part.

Seems to me what you're really pissed about is not only recognizing Trump legitimately lost the election - which you seemingly hate - but further, find it completely intolerable others aren't so willing to forgive and forget all of his and his equally corrupt GOP allies' criminal attempts to steal an election they rightfully lost, nor the insurrection that precipitated as a result of their lies.
