Just look at the numbers behind that map. I did for the county in which I live (Santa Clara county) and the case rate was something like 0.05%. Then they throw in the most ridiculous stat ever, test rate positivity at something like 7%, and we're all supposed to crap our shorts and wear two masks.

Unbelievable stupidity and gullibility.
