I violate TOS? Heavens no! The only comment timers I've gotten personally were completely within TOS and were only the result of a certain angry mod with a fragile ego. Now would that be a TOS violation? Someone (theoretically if you will) abusing their power to target certain users they themselves don't like?

No trouble for me. Send me screenshots of what the notifications said via memechat, maybe you're unaware or oblivious on how those were against the Terms of Use. Which would be completely understandable. Or contact a Global with your tales of abuse.

Generally users posting links to major trusted websites like YouTube is ok, if the content at the destination is ok under Imgflip's Terms of Use.

Links to small external websites can be tricky, Imgflip has no control what happens there. Webpages on some sites can get loaded up with malware after traffic to that page increases. Perhaps your link to a "safe" website was actually to malware, generating a hit when it was reviewed.

Interesting, because it wasn't my content several other people were also linking the same website, yet when I checked none of their links had been deleted, just mine.
To my knowledge, the website the user was asking for (the OP was unresponsive) I linked them to had no malware or viruses even after I had acquired my comment timer (double-checked it.)
