It helps to stay consistent with your core beliefs and values. If you don't knee-jerk upvote every meme that appears conservative and upvote based on the message it's trying to convey, the meme will not get many upvotes and will quickly become irrelevant... making their efforts meaningless.

I can tell you -- because it isn't a secret -- that the US military has been flying illegal immigrants from southern border entry points to holding/processing facilities all across the country (mainly in the south and middle America). That may account for the increase... or at least some fraction of it.
