EQUALITY is good while EQUITY is Socialism, Marxism, and Communism which are all BAD.

We all need to know the difference between racial EQUALITY versus racial EQUITY since they are not the same thing at all and Leftist politicians in Canada and America (like Kamala Harris, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, etc.) rely on the ignorance of the public to push a Socialist agenda.

Racial EQUALITY simply means we agree that everyone must have equal rights under the law and equal opportunities (eg. no work or hiring discrimination) regardless of race, colour, or creed. That's fine with most sensible people.

However, racial EQUITY insists on equal OUTCOMES for all races or all people and equal outcomes are not possible in a free and open society since equal outcomes are a form of SOCIALISM, MARXISM, and COMMUNISM dishing out equal portions of misery as well as rewarding mediocrity while punishing merit and success.

Regardless of race, colour, creed, sexual orientation, etc, no two high school or university graduates will have the same outcomes in their lives nor will two building contractors, two engineers, two teachers, two doctors, two lawyers, two bus drivers, two waitresses, etc. which is why the Left's push for racial or gender EQUITY (instead of EQUALITY) is very, very dangerous for our freedom, free speech, economy, workplace environment, schools, etc.

So, don't be fooled by politicians that are deliberately lying to you to make our societies WORSE.

For example, a lazy person, an unreliable person, or a person with no education or relevant training has no right to expect to have the same outcome as a hardworking person or a highly educated or highly qualified person or compared to someone who is more intelligent, more creative, more athletic, better at networking skills, better at job interviews, etc.
