Why would I sign up for a trial of a medical treatment I don't need. Even if I caught covid, I'm at almost no serious risk. For a young, otherwise healthy person, it's not a big deal. Please stop your vile fear-mongering.

In answer to your question, however... as critics of the theory have called out basic psychology as another flaw by posing the simple question of nature versus nurture. Or more formally, genetics versus environmental elements. Are they better playing basketball because they have a genetic disposition to? Or is it because not as many white people happen to play basketball? That can't be answered and hasn't been, with any credibility.
