That’s *if* you believe Andrew when he says he’s not running, ultimately. Not sure why we have to believe that.

Regardless, when Andrew posts as “Pepe Party” and organizes and recruits candidates, he’s acting as a “politician” which you’ve already ruled isn’t proper for an Owner to do.

As an Owner, you wouldn’t publicly throw your weight behind a certain candidate or Party, would you?

You’d realize how that might affect your own judgment as Owner, and certainly people’s perception of your judgment?

Andrew has already chastised IG (a mod he oversees) for IG (fairly in my view) attacking RichardChill who is now a Pepe Party member, when RC has himself launched very similar attacks on RUP members.

This is just the first and most obvious direct conflict of interest in campaigning we’ve seen. I’m sure we’ll see more if this continues.

i have no reason to think andrew is running for a presidency, you’re just speculating.

He’s still a “politician,” quite clearly affecting the race.

I wanted to object to this, but sloth already beat me to it and made all the points I wanted to make (probably did it better than I would have as well). I just want to say that sloth is right and Andrew should lose his owner if he wants to get involved in the election like this.
