It's because you've done a good job on the stream imo, particularly the work you've done with Wubbzy and PR1CE, plus increasing Congress' activity which has brought you into an S. That and the RUP was elected HoC 2 years in a row and you were quite active compared to MineTurtle who I forgot to put on there.
