They will probably guess when eventually your ears fall off from the side effects farther down the line.

Well, if you WILL insist on listening to old Limbaugh broadcasts, ears falling off is the least of the side effects. Fortunately, vaccine side effects show up almost immediately.

How do you know they show up immediately?

Engaging sarcasm: Because their leftist politicans SAID SO and those liars would never lie and nor would the drug companies that were guaranteed full immunity from any and all COVID related law suits. Sarcasm disengaged.

How about not get the shot and say I did. Already have immunity.

Because “My advice is get vaccinated and my insight is that I understand what they are saying and they probably do have some immunity but what it appears from studies because we are actually looking now at the antibody levels, at the T cell responses, in these folks that were previously infected and while yes you have some immunity, the amount of your immunity is less than if you get vaccinated," Pate said. "The duration is less than if you get vaccinated and the ability of delta and who knows what is coming next, but the ability for delta to get around your natural immunity Is even higher than the ability to get around vaccination. So, I don’t dispute you have some protection, but you don’t have great protection.” -- quoted from this article:

Cleveland Clinic released a study last month confirming “subjects previously infected with SARS-CoV-2 are unlikely to get COVID-19 reinfection whether or not they receive the vaccine,” prompting them to call “into question the necessity to vaccinate those who have already had SARS-CoV-2 infection.”

Statistics from Israel show immunity from infection provides greater immunity than from vaccine.

At any rate, immunity from infection is both durable and effective.

Johns Hopkins School of Medicine professor Dr. Marty Makary supported the growing evidence for natural immunity in a May radio interview and called out U.S. government bodies for “ignoring natural immunity.”

Makary explained that “[t]here is more data on natural immunity than there is on vaccinated immunity, because natural immunity has been around longer,” adding that “[w]hen you get natural immunity from a severe COVID infection, you have natural immunity that’s probably lifelong.”

People who contracted SARS in 2003 showed immune response 17 years later in 2020.

That's certainly comforting, but not comfortingly certain, since they are two different diseases.
