How long is he temp owner for? And do we hold a congress vote/ trial to decide whether or not he shall keep his temp mod position for the rest of the term.

I was appointed Stream Owner by another Stream Owner. I serve at the pleasure of the other Stream Owners, until such time that any Stream Owner asks me to step down or they remove me.

Could be a lifetime appointment, sort of like (but not exactly like) how US Supreme Court justices are for lifetime or until resignation.
