Community Moderators are sometimes Stream Owners/Moderators on user created streams as well. Whether we have user created Stream Owner/Moderator status or not, we are free to participate with the Community just about everywhere across the site. That includes all public images imgflip.com/privacy

When a Community Moderator takes action against Conduct or Content, that action may be based on Stream Rules or the Terms of Use, sometimes it's both.

Sometimes other actions we take as Community Moderators or as Stream Owner/Moderators can be difficult to distinguish between. Sometimes actions we take are unpopular. It has been my experience the unpopular actions are sometimes construed as abuse, when it is not.

Feel free to interact with the Community Moderators or provide feedback as you like.

Our punishment occurs when you decide to leave the site or tell your friends you don't like it. Our goal is for all of our users to have as good an experience as possible, so we try to listen to any problems or ideas people have to make the experience better. Please let us know if there's something specific we can do that will make your experience better :)
