She also would have received the USAF BMT ribbon for graduating basic, she served in time of war, so she would have received the National Defense medal. She also may have been Marksmen ( i received that in BMT), or an honor graduate, or was a member of a HONOR FLIGHT. A flight by the way, is the organizational unit above ELEMENT. Are you aware of how many airmen make up an element? How many elements are in a flight?
