Upvoted! The way you did your cone made me laugh hard because it looks ridiculous BUT ALSO fits the way that his arm is extended perfectly! And, it's color while the rest is black and white. This is how I analyze memes, yes I have a problem, it's all about the details.

If you want to experiment with transparent images (which is what I did here) I clicked Add Image, Inside of Image, searched for Ice cream, click Transparent Only, and found this one. Then I cropped it from the bottom to make it look like Biden is holding it. Sorry if you already know this, maybe some new kids need it so I put it up every once in a while.

Like I said, add image with the Transparent Only checked can return some good results really fast. I know that it's hard searching the web for that perfect png.

I also go for a "low budget" take on pretty much all my memes. Like, every meme is a dad joke, put together by a make shift macguyver type dad. :)
