62% would certainly be an alarming statistic, if I could actually find it anywhere (even from "disreputable" sources). 62% would mean that over half of people who had received the vaccine would experience a dangerous clot.
I found multiple references to 62 individual cases of Cerebral Sinus Venous Thrombosis that had been examined. But 62 individual cases is not 62%. CSVT is not the only type of clot that has been reported, and the 62 investigated are not the only ones reported. "As of Apr 4, European Union surveillance has received 169 reports of of CSVT and 53 reports of Splanchnic Vein Thrombosis among 34 million vaccines." (Schnirring, 2021) even though there are probably cases that haven't been reported yet, it still appears to put us well below 1% (much less the 62% claimed).
