Every time the Right lowers taxes the economy booms. Every time the Left raises taxes or otherwise interferes with business, the economy slumps. Leftist JEALOUSY about wealthy people notwithstanding.

Republicans are *almost* as bad as democrats. What's good about democrats, is they come right out and admit they want to tax the hell out of you, just because you're doing better than they are. With republicans, you have to peel back a couple layers of the onion to see that they're practically no different.
