I want a therapist but its not like i can walk up to my parents and be like '' Hey can I, your child who is only in 7th grade, go to a therapist. I have self diagnosed anxiety and depression, and a therapist would greatly benefit me.''

You know there are online therapists that you don't need and adult for

wait- like actual therapits who can help me and dont need like personal information-

The online one I've used didn't need any more info than my name and why I was requesting therapy which is better that an actual therapist
