For Johnson & Johnson there's an increased risk for clotting issues. For all the vaccines there's an increased risk of anaphylaxis. Both these risks are statistically low, but slightly greater than when compared with other vaccines.

Although, they weren't exactly being secretive about the anaphylaxis risk. When i got my vaccine, there was an area we had to wait for 15-30 minutes in case of a reaction.
The blood clot issues actually got J&J pulled for a bit so they could evaluate the extent of the risk (to some degree)
