I suppose video from his time as Senator could possibly show similar misspeaking as proof he is not suffering recent decline. But none has surfaced as of yet to back up the claim it is only a speech impediment from youth.

Yep. I had several liberals online while Biden was running for President try to shame me as heartless and evil for calling out Biden for endless mumbling, bumbling and loss of thought along with the thousand mile stare he often shows and complete lack of knowing where he is at times (IE nibbling on his wife's outstretched hand in the middle of a speech she was giving while he muddled back and forth behind her). He is clearly in serious mental decline and anyone with more brain cells than an amoeba knew it and they still voted for him. Shameful for them for voting and shameful of the Democrats for parading this poor old soul around when he should be in a nursing home. Cackling Harris will be ushered in soon. Gross.
