Somewhat true. When it comes to cops, blacks are mostly killed by excessive force, not shootings (more whites are killed that way). Cop's lack of education and social skills is the problem, and that should be the only focus, well next to the precincts that has been caught in having documental contests in how many blacks they can arrest.

You are again technically correct, but nowhere else in the west are people getting killed for being criminals - they are arrested. If a guy is nervous for what ever reason, police is quick to go militant. We have to to look at the issue from many angles and noone seems to be interested in that. Psychological vetting of police candidates is a joke - their education is often only 4 months long. Imagine a former soldier with PTSD.

But yes - the ones that seem to not care about black lives, are blacks.
