Most people buy them in stores. Illegal Cigarette dealers are fairly rare.

If you have to vehemently deny something you probably did not see it from a minority perspective. You singled out a segment of society to make a sarcastic point. We would appreciate you sticking to your own color please. It would benefit us all if we had more compassion towards others races. It is wrong and you know it that is why you defend it so radically. Where I am from the LAST thing most people in general care about is general survival and having enough to eat for a week and being able to pay rent. This entire political portion is negligible when you do not know if you are going to eat from week to week. I was able to come out of poverty with hard work and good morals but I was around people who were racist towards others and it was hard to get away from. Evil loves to take root and it takes root in people's hearts. Politics just makes it spread faster but I do believe people ALLOW anger into their hearts and it starts simple and grows. It festers and it rots the soul. God will show us the correct path if people stop prayin to the god in the mirror less.
