Well, Richard's being impeached for (this may sound shocking) threatening an English user (IncognitoGuy, not me) with an Irish terrorist group. He also openly supports terrorism and opened a milita called the IRA (The same letters used for the Irish terrorist organisation that Richard threatened IG with).
