You have teacher unions and democrats to thank for that. I went to an inner city school before my dad moved. I then went to a school that all had a chance to succeed. Inner city your realistic chance of succeeding is almost zero so you blame republicans and vote democrat. You vote to keep teacher unions for your failed school. You vote to cut your children's throat in my opinion if you live in the inner city.
