Well, sin is essentially disobeying God. God wants everyone to be happy. If you do something that makes another human sad, that is making God sad. If you believe that God is real and that Jesus died on the cross for our sin, you are making God very happy. If you do ot attempt to do what God says, simply because he told you to, you will enter heaven. If you do it just to go to heaven, you won't.
