In the beginning Churches were prohibited from opening. They couldn't even hold services outside. Not even little Churches with less than a dozen active members. But no one bothered to stop or complain about the thousands of protesters gathered in streets and on bridges.
Gyms, a place where people goes to get in shape, was closed while McDonalds and other unhealthy restaurants was allowed to remain open.
Despite being a highly contagious virus, Kentucky with roughly the same amount of land as South Korea, has triple the cases of deaths and infected as South Korea, which also has ten times the population as Kentucky. So rural Kentucky has more covid cases than tightly packed South Korea. And remember it is highly contagious.
The mask either works or it don't. It can't magically work when everyone wears it and not work if one out of a hundred does not wear it. Yet not once did the media question if their gear was sufficient enough, if anyone gets sick while wearing the mask and social distancing they just blamed it on someone else not complying.
The virus has to be airborne. And being airborne that little mask isn't going to do squat against tiny germs. If you believe it will, wear it when someone fires teargas at you, or wear it around someone smoking. Or just realize that if you are breathing without an air tank, any germs in the air is being breathed in. And that is why people following the piss poor guidelines still got sick.
Back to gyms and unhealthy eating, why was no emphasis made on eating healthy or working out? Just wear the mask and social distance.
Even if it was solely spread by water droplets, which it's not, I didn't realize that many people actually talked with each other. Nearly everyone I meet is walking around with their eyes glued to a phone. Now how is anyone going to be getting water droplets on one another if they are not talking? Sneezing perhaps? I suppose it is moot to point out that the contagious fella sneezing had to first catch it... and if he is wearing the mask it oughta stop it from spreading, right? Not when it's airborne. The media's denial of this is damning. People died believing they was doing something helpful when they was just sorely unequipped.
And now I am supposed to trust them about the vaccine? The media's denial of people getting sick and some dying from taking the vaccine does not redeem any lost trust in the plethora of lies, deceit, and inconsistencies already surrounding covid.
