Well of course they're not going to be infected if they're vaccinated, and of course you're less likely to spread it if the virus isn't replicating within your body.
However, no vaccine can stop you from simply breathing it in, or touching something, and then breathing on/touching another stranger. Only basic hygiene can do that.
I'm perfectly happy wearing a mask if people want, but there ain't no way I'm going to be suckered into getting the shot earlier than I want.
