Much as I loathe weed, it was pretty funny watching the unified front against it collapse as the Legislature realized just how much money it would bring in.
I know: I fully support marijuana legalization on moral and medical grounds (Abby Hoffman's Steal this Urine Test makes a very cogent argument for it), but I am really allergic to it and I hate walking down the street through a cloud of it.
Montana conservatives when the state legalizes weed with an illegal resolution but are OK because the revenue is supposed to go to conservation funding, but then the Republican Legislature dismisses the resolution and legalizes it anyways for more money to invest in other areas:
