Yep. Don't mess around with restricted areas, or the personnel in charge of protecting restricted areas.

The Capitol building isn't a "restricted area"... especially when the Capitol cops ushered them into the building. You do remember seeing the video, right? RIGHT??

There are restricted areas within the Capitol building. Tourists don't have free run if the place.

Funny, I saw Kapitol cops ushering Chewbacca guy into the House Chamber. I saw other Kapitol Keystone Kops ushering other citizens through out the building, and even showing them the way to various parts of the lobby and upper floors.
