So, I did some research and found AL-HB314. It does in fact state that the doctor who performs an abortion can be sentenced to 10 to 99 years, and one who attempts an abortion can be sentenced up to 10 years. Yes, it's a shame that rapists aren't sentenced a harsher punishment, and marijuana possession used to get longer sentences. HOWEVER, there is this pill that a female can obtain otc called plan b that is effective up to 72 hours after intercourse. Im not excusing the rapist or saying it's the female's fault. But, if the incest was consensual then the female should either take the pill or live with the consequences of her actions. Just because the female did something that she regrets, does not mean it's worth taking the life of another person. In the instance of rape, the rapist should be castrated and sent to the hole for the rest of their unnatural lives. Most, if not all, hospitals offer plan b if the female reports it and is seen by a physician. I do know that a lot of women dont want to report it though. But there's still options other than abortions.
It's not a war on women, it's a battle for life.
