Saying he inspired The Lone Ranger is a stretch considering that the character is a pretty blatant ripoff of Zorro & Tonto is a stereotype nothing like a real Native Person.
Interesting that he got along with Cherokees, Creeks & Seminoles. Along with Choctaws & Chickasaws they were the "Five Civilized Tribes" who bought enslaved Africans--before losing everything & being forced to march to Oklahoma anyway.
