He's suggesting is that they have no power to alter the climate unless they can alter the orbits of the earth or the moon.

He's dumb because you didn't understand that he was making fun of you?

Why didn’t you use a real scientist like Dolph Lundgren or Dexter Holland instead of that fake one?
