Wrong. Regulation is a tool for lobbyist and big business to choose what they can afford and what small business cannot so that they can ever grow their market share.

Regulation prevents the small business from competing with the large businesses by placing financial obstacles in the way that only the big businesses can afford to hurdle.

an uneducated small business owner will rant and blame "socialist government" for the laws, rules, and regulation, failing to understand, those laws and rules were written by lobbyists of monopolist transnational corporations, to impede and stifle, small business. why? do I have to explain monopoly to anyone?
