Here's my take, it might be unpopular, but here it is:
You can put your genitals anywhere you want as long as you follow these simple rules:
1. It's a consenting adult.
2. I don't have to hear about it.
#2 is especially pertinent right now since it's "pride" month, so all we're hearing about is people that are proud about what they do with their genitals.
