Prison seems excessive, and I fail to see how we can retroactively punish anyone for being fooled by bad info (if indeed the courts make such a determination). Best to see how quickly we can get this nation back to normal and ensure all options for treating COVID are on the table. No reason to limit ourselves to just vaccines if a good alternative arises.
