They are born with an innate urge to kneel while at the same time they adore spitting on established traditions. They HATE competition . . . which is why they invented the concept of participation trophies. They adore socialism and Marxism because both ideologies and economic schemes also eschew . . . competition.

To be fair, a restructuring IS in order. Find and remove all the myopic-unics that do nothing but nod along to whatever their superior says... but defunding is probably not the correct solution.
HOW SHOULD THE US RESPOND TO THE REGULAR, INFRASTRUCTURE DAMAGING, PANIC INDUCING CYBERATTACKS? WE PAID THE RANSOM FOLKS, THE PANIC ONLY LASTED A COUPLE WEEKS, SO NO BIG DEAL. WE DON'T BLAME ANY COUNTRY. WE WILL FIND THOSE PARTIES RESPONSIBLE AND THEY WILL PAY! WE WILL FIND WHICH GOVERNMENT IS HELPING THESE CYBER TERRORISTS AND MAKE THEM PAY!
