May I ask why your parents think you're doing it wrong?

If you can't use your phone you can chat with them. If need be, tell your friend to call your local police non-emergency number to see what they say.

Your parents mean well, but they do not know that clinical depression exists.

My parents know clinical depression exists, my dad has it. they just think im too young. for it.

the last time i thought about suicide is a few mins ago. i was gonna climb through my window (the screen fell off) and jump off the roof but my parent's room is right next to mine and they would hear the window opening.
