Yes and no. Glock only makes handguns that are mechanically similar, but differ by a tiny margin between models, whereas H&K makes all kinds of firearms. That being said, Glock has never had any reliability issues outside of early .40 S&W models, plus they have much better customer service, so I believe they win that battle.
