Heck: The IP stream has a hard time scheduling a trial (it is a long story) between around five people. I don't know how a secret conspiracy would coordinate all of its actions while remaining a secret. Also considering the people and resources required if a group could have a secret cabal running Earth they wouldn't need to keep it secret.

Good one! I've been working for/with the federal government for almost 40 years and I still think that I won't see more stupid than what I've already seen yet every week they prove me wrong.
