soo this is Max, who has a dark past of his own. after his parents were killed in a housefire, he ran away and lived on the streets, pretending he still had a family, so he was never put into an orphanage. at the age of 14, he was taken by Cory's father to be Cory's personal servant (but treated as more of a slave by the father) while the father went and did his own thing (he was an evil cult leader, so i guess he had a lot to do-). Max and Cory soon fell in love, and vowed to escape together one day. eventually they did, and they got married. there's a bit more to the story, but that's the gist of it.

friends: (basically the same as Cory) Rae, Lynn, Haru
personality: very introverted, prefers to only talk to friends and VERY trustworthy people; quite the bookworm, as he has a room full of a variety of books; when his lover is threatened, or in some other situations, he can show his yandere side; he is a bit perverted, but only toward Cory (don't go getting any ideas)

edit: i meant april 17 for his birthday not march. it was late when i wrote his backstory so i kinda had a typo there.

also forgot to mention that Max has a scar on the back of his neck, after having a computer chip being placed in his neck by Cory's father so he could keep track of Max's location. the other servants that served back then have the same marking, including the ones that died.
