It is still pretty disturbing that so many people are on unemployment and tent cities are on the increase yet no one is looking for work? 2/3 of the resumes I did receive did not reply back to schedule an interview and 50% of the people that scheduled an interview were no shows.
I personally know several business owners that have reduced their hours due to no staff in spite of offering above market wages.
