Explain why reposts and politics are illegal on the fun stream (2 topics which cause huge debates in comments just like upvote begging) yet upvote begging isn’t.

Any upvote begging meme that gets over 50-100 upvotes is still going to influence people and make them think it’s okay to do the same thing.

And even then, 3 upvote begging memes on the first page is a lot.
