(Shrug) In their scrambled heart of hearts even leftists know how to fix this. People need to cease voting for Dem Party politicians, because conservatives WOULD bring law and order to Chicago.
So if the fantastically high murder rate of Blacks doesn't really bother most citizens inside that cesspool of a permanently Dem Party operated city, why should the rest of the nation care either?
