Field Grade Article 15 which I believe would stand if a person came to almost any officer in the US army and said it was not possible for someone to do a job because of race! Sadly many sheep are drinking this DEMOCRAT Kool-Aid and think they are helping when in FACT they are the ones promoting racism! I was a training officer. I saw one Puerto Rican soldier struggling because he was from the Puerto Rican National Guard and Spanish was his primary language. He was failing out his Nuclear Biological Chemical School course because of a language issue. I got him help and also put him in the easier Nuclear Biological Chemical Course. His Guard unit said they would help him more. He finished the easier course and told me he wanted to stay and take the harder course. I got that for him. He made honor graduate in the harder course because of attitude and ability. Sad democrats promote racism, excuses and hate.
