If only...

People whom I interacted with for years and used to upvote me when I was using a different account even (I believed) when we weren't replying to each other now don't even when I'm rallying to their defense. Now I don't bother upvoting them either, which sucks because I used to upvote them by the ton and now they (and I) get lowrated comments galore. At least one of them for sure knows who I had been.

I don't get it, it's not like it costs anything.
And seeing how many memes in PoliToo get enough upovtes to get them on the front page of the regular Politics stream, that and all these memers could put as dent in the cacaphony of Alt Righty hissy fitting, people should do their part to counter the nonsense.

I meant upvote stuff like this so people realize politics is mostly just memes people accidently put there even tho they belong in fun...

There are Alt Righties who seek those just to flag them, so your strategy would be a fruitless one.

okay look man, can we just set aside our differences (and the fact that insult makes little to no sense depending on how you interpret it) and just agree politics is sorta taken over by fun stream members everyday? just people can get away with posting a frog in POLITICS.
